AGL Academy, a resource for public servants provided by AGL, is featured in Apolitical’s list of teams and resources around the world that are “teaching government the skills of the future.”

The list aims to help people in government:

  • See which teams around the world are focused on teaching public servants the skills of the future
  • Find learning resources, understand best practice on upskilling, and learn more about public sector innovation

About AGL Academy
AGL Academy is a collection of self-directed online courses that guide public servants to adopt agile practices in government. The courses were developed by public sector professionals who created the lessons based on their own agile transformation experiences.

The courses feature text and video resources, ideas for workshops, and self-check assessments. There are specific tracks for Product Owners in government, C-level executives, and Project Managers.
