FCW reports that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is seeking a pilot of AgileCraft to help administer a variety of portfolio-level planning, tracking, and reporting operations. This will be helpful to executives and other decision-makers who currently rely on manual reports from their teams, which use different types of application life cycle management tools.
