Getting more done in government with personal Kanban

Panelists from state and county agencies, including longtime AGL member Tim Nolan, recently contributed to a discussion hosted by GIS Success to help others be more productive and accomplished at work: “Using Kanban Techniques to Win the Day.”

Panelists shared their tips for accomplishing the most important things first, using the Pomodoro technique to stay focused, and other best practices for getting the most out of every work day.
