Digital Transformation has been seen as an essential ingredient for building a 21st-century business. Even though this has been known for over two decades, organizations are still struggling to reinvent themselves. However, COVID-19 had made this more of a necessity for survival than boardroom discussions.
In this panel, we hope to uncover how three organizations have reacted to COVID-19 in reimagining their business especially through tech adoption and embracing rapid development such as agile or lean startup approaches.
