Singapore GovTech agency seeks to be ‘agile, bold, collaborative’

GovInsiderGovInsider reports that Singapore’s new GovTech Agency is planning bold, agile, and collaborative approaches in its efforts to deliver better services to taxpayers.

Jacqueline Poh, CEO-Designate, said the agency aims to work with smaller vendors to implement creative solutions, such as paperless online property title deeds.

“We think that it is the job of governments to be agile”, Poh said. This means “being prepared to disrupt ourselves, being prepared to think twice, think in a different way, and really make those changes on time.”
