StateScoop: ‘Free online agile development course targets government executives’

StateScoopStateScoop reports that AGL has released a free online training course for the government C-suite. The course uses online content, videos, and an interactive game to teach concepts that empower leaders to bring agile to their organizations.

Agile has garnered growing attention from executives in government, with the National Association of State Chief Information Officers listing the methodology on its top 10 priorities list for the past two years.

“There are a lot of resources on agile out there, but not much for the government change maker,” said Elizabeth Raley, Director of Professional Services for CivicActions and a leader within AGL. “We’re hoping this is really valuable for … an executive who has been hearing about the benefits and value agile brings, and wants to start driving that change.”
